Course Overview

This course has seven modules that identify the steps in D&I strategic planning, initiate a strategic plan, understand the role of evaluation in strategic planning, and walk you through the steps of developing a strategic plan from templates.

Objectives

Upon completion of the course, participants will:

  • Develop a rationale for the diversity & inclusion plan
  • Complete a general strategic diversity and inclusion plan.
  • Show proficiency in using the readings, exercises, and templates to develop a plan
  • Utilize the instructor resources to build a plan

Evaluation

Successful completion of the course requires completing the entire set of assignments with a final overall score of 78% or greater. Each assignment must be completed.
