Diversity Certification DELA 600 Course Overview
The Diversity Certification DELA 600 course. You will need to assess an organization to identify performance gaps and barriers to workplace engagement and inclusion. Organizational assessment involves a systematic process for obtaining objective, valid data about the performance or current state of an organization. The organization in its entirety is the primary focus rather than individuals or units. The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of organizational assessment and procedures for conducting assessments.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the course, participants will:
- Increase competence in assessment and analysis
- Be able to apply what they have learned to real-life situations.
- Have acquired the requisite knowledge to help them distinguish between the different kinds of sample interventions that might follow their analysis.

Successful completion of the course requires completing the classroom and attendance assignments. Each assignment must be completed. Attendance requirements include getting to class on time, resisting email, chat, etc. communications, ability to follow the course ground rules, etc.
